Every workshop in one place.
Each workshop shows its status (draft, live, closed), who can find it, and how participants sign in. + New workshop offers four starting points: a blank workshop, a template, a Google Doc, or a bundle exported from another install.
Write it where you already write.
Author the whole workshop in a Google Doc, challenges included. Download it twice, as Markdown and as PDF, and upload both. Headings become sections and menu entries, the full-resolution screenshots come from the PDF, and a ## Challenges block in any section becomes that section's questions. If the two files don't match image for image, nothing is created, so a half-edited export can't slip through.

Edit any chapter in a rich editor that saves as plain markdown. Paste or drag in images, drop in code blocks, or switch to source mode for exact control. Sub-sections appear in the chapter list and in the participant menu. Drag chapters to reorder them, and the numbering follows.
Questions in the app, or in a file.
Three challenge types (typed answer with optional regex, multiple choice, and checklist) with hints that cost points, attempt caps, decay, and unlock rules. Write them in the editor, or download every challenge as one challenges.md file, edit it offline, and upload it back.
What learners actually see.
The lab guide on the left and the current chapter's challenges on the right. The menu tracks progress, answers get instant feedback, and solved challenges show the points they earned.
For the room.
A projector view built for a TV at the back of the room: live scores, a podium, and first-blood markers. It updates every few seconds and scales to any screen.
A lab guide and a certificate.
Participants can download a PDF of the lab guide at any time, plus a certificate: a completion certificate once they've solved enough challenges, a progress certificate until then. Both carry the workshop owner's name and logo.
Open it, watch it, reset it.
Activate, close, and reset from the workshop header. Every answer lands in the Activity log, where a wrongly credited answer can be reverted. When the session is over, reset the workshop for the next group: chapters and challenges stay, scores and participants go. The Manage tab holds exports, the template library, and delete.
Admins, and updates in one click.
Invite admins, or add them with a password. Each admin owns their workshops, and when an admin leaves you choose what happens to their work: move it to someone else, export it, or delete it. New releases arrive from a signed feed; the platform takes a backup first, then applies the update with one click. Servers without internet access can upload an offline package instead.
